- 2 whole fresh Branzino, cleaned and scaled
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare Branzino: Rinse the Branzino under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Season the inside of each fish with salt and pepper.
- Stuff the Fish: Stuff each Branzino with lemon slices, thyme sprigs, and minced garlic.
- Coat with Olive Oil: Brush the outside of the fish with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the Fish: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grates to prevent sticking. Grill the fish for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the skin is crispy and the flesh is opaque.
- Serve: Remove the fish from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve with additional lemon slices and fresh herbs.
