Baked Manicotti Recipe – Italian-style stuffed pasta filled with creamy ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan, baked to perfection with marinara sauce.


Ingredients

  • 810 large manicotti pasta tubes
  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare Cheese Filling: In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, and parsley until smooth. Season with salt if needed.
  2. Pre-Cook Pasta: Boil manicotti until al dente. Drain and rinse with cool water.
  3. Stuff Pasta: Fill each tube with cheese mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
  4. Assemble Dish: Spread 1/2 cup sauce on the bottom of a casserole dish. Arrange stuffed manicotti in a single layer.
  5. Top with Sauce: Pour remaining sauce over manicotti.
  6. Bake: Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
